Eva Leipf Obituary
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Millscot. Mrs. Leipf was a loving wife and mother who at times was known as the 'Lavender Lady', with flower gardening being a passion in her life. She was instrumental in developing and maintaining the Friendship Garden at the Harmony Library where she was also a member of the board. Eva was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She was the mother of David H. Leipf of Cranston, Roger G. Leipf of Florence, AZ, and Phillip J. Leipf of Pascoag. She was the sister of Dorothy Gudas of Cranston and the late Melvina Wisdom and Anna Miluk. She was the grandmother of 6 and the great grandmother of 3.
Her funeral will be held Thursday at 10 AM in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Chapel, 643 Putnam Avenue (Rte. 44), Greenville. Visiting hours Wednesday 5-8 PM. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to Harmony Library, 195 Putnam Pike, Harmony, RI 02829 will be appreciated.
