Eric Medeiros Obituary

MEDEIROS, ERIC A., 22, died October 22, 2007 in St. Croix, Virgin Islands.

He was the beloved son of Anthony R. Medeiros of Seekonk, MA and Anna Casador of St. Croix, Virgin Islands. He was born in Delaware on October 14, 1985 and moved to East Providence in 1990. He moved to St. Croix, Virgin Islands 2 years ago. Eric graduated from East Providence High School in 2003. He worked as a store manager for Anna's Cafe in St. Croix.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister Jessica Lee Medeiros of East Providence, his maternal grandparents Gabriel and Esmeralda Casador of East Providence, his paternal grandmother Maria Santo Cristo Medeiros of East Providence and the late Antonio Medeiros. He leaves his step-parents; Gail Medeiros of Seekonk, MA and Frank Saccoccia of St. Croix and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral will be held on Monday at 8:45AM from the REBELLO FUNERAL HOME, 901 Broadway East Providence, RI. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10AM in St. Francis Xavier Church, No. Carpenter Street, East Providence. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I am so incredibly sorry to hear this news. I grew up with Eric in Seekonk and then ironically moved to East Providence at the same time that he did. We went to school together from elementary through high school. He was a great person and will be incredibly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. Rest in peace Eric.

I am truly sorry for your loss. I grew up with Eric in Seekonk; he lived right across the street. I haven't seen Eric in years but I still remember all of the fun times us neighborhood kids had. He will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Eric at Dunkin Donuts for quite some time. He was one of the greatest people that I had ever met. He always brought a smile to the faces of everyone in his presence. He will be truly missed by everyone. May God bless you and your family at this time. May Eric rest in eternal peace with the Lord.
