Bertha Turner Obituary

TURNER, BERTHA C., died October 25, 2007. Born May 30, 1914 in Providence, RI daughter of Matthew David and Bertha Henry Coady. Preceeded in death by her husband Marden S. Turner, she is survived by her three children Roberta, Bethany, David and their spouses, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and brothers Russell and George Coady.

Prior to moving to Charlestown, RI she resided in Attleboro, MA. A former employee of Engelhard Industries, she worked for the company for 40 years before retiring.

Bertha was an avid cook, knitter, and loved ceramics. Bertha loved her family and enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren. Her life was most complete when she was giving to her family.
