Emily Vickers Obituary
Emily was employed as an office clerk for Almacs and a lunch aide at the Oakland Beach School before retiring. She was a communicant of St. Rita Church and a member of the VFW Post 272 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her children Donna J. Breard and Robert A. Vickers, one sister Ruth Phillips, two grandchildren Jodi and David Breard, one great-granddaughter Hannah Gliottone. She was the sister of the late Clarence H. Chousse and Jean Nemith.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 8:30 AM from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Rita Church, Oakland Beach Ave. at 9:30 AM. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park. Visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions to the VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Dept of RI Cancer Fund, C/O Joyce Hendrickson, 137 Peabody Drive, Warwick 02889 will be appreciated.
