Domenica Martone Obituary
Born in Castel Forte, Italy a daughter of the late Paolo and Francesca (Romano) Falso She was also the step-daughter of the late Giuseppina (Moretti) Falso. She came to the United States in 1921 and lived most of her life in Providence until moving to Smithfield.
Mrs. Martone was a Silk Inspector for American Silk Spinning and also worked at Imperial Knife as a Tableware Inspector.
She leaves one son Salvatore P. Martone of Greenville, one brother Frank Falso of Cranston, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Santina D'Adamo, Frances Imondi, Peter, Carmine, Alexander and James Falso.
Her funeral will be held on Monday from Bellows-Falso Funeral Chapel 160 River Rd. Lincoln at 9:45am, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann Church Hawkins St. Providence at 11am. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Sunday 2-5pm. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory to Home and Hospice Care of RI 169 George St. Pawtucket, RI 02860 would be appreciated. For directions and guest book please visit www.bellowsfh.com.
