Walter Otto Obituary

OTTO, WALTER M., 89, formerly of Great Rd., passed away peacefully on November 26, 2007 at Hopkins Manor. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary 'May' (Verdon) Otto.

Born in Saxony, Germany on January 5, 1918, he was the son of the late Walter M. and Gretchen (Singewald) Otto.

Walter worked for the former Collyer Insulated Wire of Lincoln for 45 years, retiring in 1982. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.

Walter is also survived by his children, Linda (Otto) Reagan and her husband Emery of Chepachet, Walter R. Otto and his wife Marie of Johnston, and two grandchildren, Walter Otto Jr. of Johnston and Kerrylin Reagan of Cranston. He was the brother of the late Anna Steele and Gretchen Taylor.

Visitation Tuesday 1:30-2:00 p.m. with a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. in the ROBBINS FUNERAL HOME, 2251 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence.
