John Sarracino Obituary

SARRACINO, JOHN C. 'BUDDY', JR., 74, of Sunrise Dr. passed away peacefully early Wednesday night at Silver Creek Manor in Bristol. He was the husband of Rosalie S. (Weber) Sarracino.

Born in Warren he was the son of the late John and Concetta (Vitullo) Sarracino. Mr. Sarracino was an Optician for fifty years. John owned and operated Bristol County Optician for forty-four years with his wife. Mr. Sarracino was a member of Opticians Association of America and Musicians Union.

Besides his wife he leaves two sons Michael J. Sarracino of Arizona, John C. Sarracino, III of West Warwick; a daughter Carol L. Krushnowski of Bristol; a sister Ramona Turner of Warren; four grandchildren.

The Funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State St. in Bristol. Calling hours Tuesday morning from 8:45-10:15 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Beacon Hospice, 860 A Waterman Ave., East Providence, RI 02914 or Visiting Nurse Services of Newport, 1184 East Main Rd., Portsmouth, RI 02871.
