Alfred Poulin Obituary

POULIN, ALFRED L., 91, formerly of Orrin St., passed away Monday at the RI Veterans Home in Bristol. He was the husband of the late Valentine E. (Piasczyk) Poulin.

Born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Ulric and Rose (Chabot) Poulin. He was a lifelong resident of West Warwick.

Mr. Poulin was a truck driver for Baylis Chemical Co. for twenty years before retiring in 1982; a WWII Army Veteran and a communicant of Christ the King Church.

He leaves a son, Marc S. Poulin of Tiverton; a sister, Dorothy McClanahan of Ft. Myers, FL; four grandchildren and a great-granddaughter. He was the father of the late Donna L. Tyler and the brother of the late Roger Poulin.

His funeral will be Thursday at 8 am from the HENAULT-GALLOGLY Funeral Home, 5 Eddy Street, West Warwick. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 am in Christ the King Church, Legris Ave., West Warwick. Interment with military honors will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, West Warwick.
