Ruth Potter Obituary
She was a very active member with the Shepard of the Valley Church and was active in the Girl Scouts as a troop leader and officer in the Coventry district. Besides her husband she leaves her son Kenneth Potter, her granddaughter Jennifer Lee Potter, her sisters Florence Bowmar and Dorothy Livingston, 3 nieces and 1 nephew. She was the mother of the late Jane Casavant and sister of the late Marjorie Demaine. A memorial service will be held Saturday December 8th at 11:00AM in Shepard of the Valley Church, Seven Mile Road, Scituate, RI. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Home and Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860.
