Edgar McCrillis Obituary
Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Edgar and Ruth (Allen) McCrillis.
Edgar, a resident of Coventry since 1967, was a welder at General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, CT for 30 years before retiring in 1995. He was a US Army Corporal in the Korean War. He enjoyed gardening and wood crafting.
He was the father of Cheryl L. Osborne of Coventry, and twin sons; John A. McCrillis of Johnston & James B. McCrillis of Chicago. Grandfather of Ella, Emma, Aidan, Molly, and Aislinn.
His funeral will be Friday at 9 am from the Robert A. Iannotti Funeral Home, 415 Washington St., (Rte.117), Coventry, with a Service at 10 am in the Light House Christian Center, 39 Nooseneck Hill Rd., West Greenwich. Burial with Military Honors, in the R I Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Thursday 4 -7 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Tomorrow Fund, RI Hospital Campus, 593 Eddy St., Providence, RI 02903 would be appreciated.

Dear Flo, John & Jim, My heart was deeply touched and flooded with so many memories when I heard of Ed's passing.
