PATRICIA HOUGHTON Obituary
She was born in Valparaiso, Chile to a prominent family of business, music and professional people of French origin. Her husband was a Physics Professor at Brown University for many years.
They made their home in Barrington and made lifelong friends here and all through the world. Her strength of character and grace in fighting her many health issues showed through all her life and never stopped her from living to the fullest. She was always there for all her friends and family.
A memorial service will be held at a future date.
Donations will be greatly appreciated to the LAM Foundation, 4015 Executive Park Dr., Suite 380, Cincinnati, OH 45241.

Patty was an example to all of us of how to be happy under any circumstances. She was a beacon of happiness despite all of the difficulties she faced in her life, and her loving, caring demeanor will be a shining example to us all for the rest of our lives. Both she and her beautiful sister, Marta, will live on in our hearts. God bless them both, may they have eternal peace.

Pat will always hold a special place in my heart. She was a beautiful person and a wonderful friend. I will miss our weekly visits. She had class, dignity and strength. May peace be with all those who loved her.
