Dear Susan and Stone, may God give you peace in this time of grief. I was always amazed at the friendship Susan and Virgil kept with each other for the sake of their adorable son. To Stone, know that your dad loved you unconditionally and was truly a great father to you. He was also a very kind man to the many people who were blessed to know him. Thank you Virgil for your help with Cub Scout Pack 200. We will miss you!

My heart goes out to you at this time and in the days ahead. I met Virgil many years ago when we both worked for Cable T.V.. I have never forgotten him and was always glad to see him. We never forgot each other even though we hardly ever got to get together. I will surely miss him and will always have him in my memories.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family. Kenny and I were so saddened to hear about Virgil's passing. Virgil was so nice and kind to everybody. I know him from Rose High School and he was also a good friend of my brother (Ricky West). I last saw Virgil at Home Depot. I had not seen him in years. Kenny and I will always cherish our visit we had with him. He will be missed. God bless you.

Dear Clark Family,
We are very saddened to hear about Virgil. For many years, he was a close friend to both of us and served as a groomsman in our wedding in 1987. Virgil was a faithful, generous friend who was always concerned about the welfare of others. We have so many great memories to cherish of the time we spent with Virgil.

We pray that God will provide all of you with a sense of peace.

Dear Clarks,

I grew up around the corner, and had an opportuntiy to work with Virgil in recent years. He always greeted everyone with a smile, and earnestly conveyed caring for everyone he came in contact with. I am so shocked and saddened by Virgil's passing! There were several times, although many years ago, that Virgil was the best friend I could have ever had. He was there for me when I desperately needed a solid and sensitive friend, and he soothed my soul in a way that stays with me even to this day. I have always loved Virgil, as he was a tremendously special person. Thankfully, I will always have those wonderful memories to cherish. Virgil will always hold a very special place in my heart.
My prayers and love go out to all of his family at this very difficult time.
