Dear Virginia and Family,
My heart goes out to all of you. Mr Frank will be missed by all that knew him. He would always make a point to come out and talk to me when I delivered the Avon books, when he was able and he would extend his hand and I would tell him I didn't want a handshake that I wanted a hug and he was always willing to. Sorry I couldn't be there with you in person but I was there in spirit and in my heart.
