Phillip,
I know how difficult it is to be without a son that you loved so dearly. Not a moment nor day goes by that your thoughts are not on the times that you shared. We ask ourselves why but have to take comfort in knowing that we will be with our wonderful sons one day. Unless you've been through such a tragedy, it is difficult to understand the heartbreak one goes through every minute of every day. Think of the past beautiful Christmas Holidays that you shared with Andrew and look at the pictures you have. I know this helps me as I know Jessee would want me to try and find some happiness with Earl and Andrew even though he is not with us now. My Pastor says that there is a thin veil between us and our loved ones in Heaven. They watch over us, protect us, and want us to be happy. Andrew and Jessee are smiling and wanting us to make the best of things until they welcome us with open arms one day in Heaven with our Lord Jesus. My thoughts and prayers will be with you during this Blessed Christmas.

Phillip,
I know the Holidays are hard. Just take comfort in the fact that Andrew is in a better place. His pain is gone, he is looking down on all of us and I'm sure smiling at some of the things we do and say.
You, Dawn, Vickie and Savannah will be in my prayers this Christmas Season.

Phillip and Andrew know that as the holiday nears that you both will be in my thoughts and prayers. Andrew you are in a very good place now and i am sure you are surrounded with love and many gifts from above. Andrew, it has been over a year now and it is still hard at times. I only wish I had known how much pain you were in. I know that you had told me that it hurt, but I just did not know how much. I have always loved you and always will. Times have been tough for all the family. I know Savannah really misses you much. There is not a day that does not go by that I do not think about you. Many of my friends were very nice to make life a little easier at the time. I look forward to the day that we see each other again.

It's been one month today and we still mourn the loss of our special Andrew. I would like to thank everyone for there support and compassion and most of all the willingness to try and understand our loss. We have only lived our lives for a short time now without Andrew but for those of us that knew him as a Son,Close Friend,Uncle or Grandson and Brother still miss him as much today as the day we lost him and he will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers forever. See you in heaven...

Dear Phillip and Vickie,
My heart aches for your entire family. I was working with Vickie at the Hurricane relief shelter in San Antonio TX. I worked night shift...
I was brought to tears when they announced that Vickie had left and why.
I also have lost a son. My son was 20yr and away at college. He was killed in a car accident... His name is Nicholas R. Fisher. I felt the same feeling when they announced it to us at the shelter that I did when the police came and told me about my son....
Please know that you are in my daily thoughts and prayers. I did see Andrews picture... He is beautiful!
I read a book called, "The Worst Loss"... about losing a child... It really helped me in the most distraught moments since my sons death.

Dear Wilson Family,
We were so sad to hear about Andy. Spenser has some very good memories of Andy. I haven't seen him since they were all kids in school, along with Phillip. ( I've lived in Nevada for the last 10 years) Andy was a very sweet person and always had lots of friends. We will miss him and will cherish the memories.
