Scott McMahon Obituary

Scott (Joe) Lee McMahon, 39, of Portland, Ore., passed from this life on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Ore., where he had resided for the past 20 years. He was born January 23, 1969, in Lynwood, Calif. Joe enjoyed nature, and animals especially his pets. He was also a computer specialist who enjoyed sharing his knowledge and instruction with others. He is survived by his parents, Bruce and Catherine Theisen, of Roanoke; a sister, Karyn (Mac) English; two nieces, Lindsay (Adam) Young and Tiffany Asmussen; one nephew, Casey Asmussen, all from Roanoke; his only surviving grandmother, Ernestine Theisen; and several uncles, aunts and cousins are all from the Eau Claire, Wis. area. At Joe's request his ashes were scattered in the Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon.
