It's hard to believe Joyce has been gone three years, but there is still never a day to pass that a fond memory doesn't cross my mind. My work friends, who knew her and my family who also loved her, often mention what a wonderful person she was and all the funny and good times we shared. My mother will still laugh about her Christmas trip to Roanoke with the open car window and how the travelers who passed would just stare. When I travel for work, I miss the times we shared in many locations, working together and all the shopping and eating out trips. I will never forget that wonderful person who shared so many great experiences with me.
