Ma was a great woman who taught me so much. She could do so many amazing things like gardening, canning, cooking, cleaning and quilting. She even ironed the sheets! My fondest childhood memories are with her and Pa on the farm. I loved going to the chicken coop to gather the eggs. More than one time Ma had to rescue me from Jake, the rooster. She was the best cook around and she would make anything I asked for. Especially her apple pies. She will be missed greatly and appreciated always.
