I loved Shane so very much. We worked together and lived together in the 90s. He was a good friend and a beautiful soul. I still think of him often. I miss laughing together. I love Shane so very much.

Shane will be sadly missed by many. I only had the honor of knowing Shane for a year, but he touched my life deeply, as he did many who knew him. I thank God for allowing me to know Shane and ask Him to comfort his family and friends.

I want to express my condolences and love to all of Shane's family, friends and loved ones; I know there are a lot and I am blessed to be one among many. Shaney Shane was and always will be my friend and my brother. There is no more pain, no more sorrows, only joy and peace. The Lord's love and mercy has shined on Shane and us all. We'll see that smile forever in our dreams and forever know his love in our hearts.

Jan, I am so sorry for your loss. Two people could not be closer than you & your son. He is now free from pain with a perfect body in our Lord's arms. I can still see the picture of him on his bike speeding around the race track with a smile a mile wide. Shane & I exchanged many emails & he always ended his with an uplifting quote that celebrated life. We should all be so positive. My deepest sympathy sissy. Your brother.

Shane truly was an inspiration - always smiling and I'll never forget how he was so independent in spite of his physical limitations. He showed many of us what acceptance means and God's JOY is here thru men like Shane --- HE now has PEACE and will be missed. God Bless.

I'd only known Shane a few years. He was a kind and caring individual who I enjoyed being around. I watched as he met new challenges in new ways. Always striving to do what needed to be done.
While, his passing saddens me, I know that he is in a far better place. Free from the pain and disabilities that made life on earth sometimes difficult for him.
My prayers are with all of his family and friends at this time of loss.
