Alleghany Springs is not the same without Mr. and Mrs. Whitlock. Mr. Whitlock was a master craftsman, building his beautiful furniture, making spindles for the church altar, giving so much to the community with his big smile and sage advice. Such a long happy life will be rewarded. Our thoughts are with the family.
