March 22, 1917 ~ October 1, 2008 Clinton Howard Sizemore, 91, of Galax, Va., went to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, October 1, 2008, at the Twin County Regional Hospital. He was born on March 22, 1917, in Carroll County, Va., to the late Emett and Neatie Newman Sizemore. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ordel Lineberry Sizemore; sister, Ilene Sizemore; and brother, Herman Sizemore. He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Jahquita R. Ramsey, of Daleville, Va., and Joyce A. and Tex D. Sink, of Fincastle, Va.; sons and daughters-in-law, Dallas L. and Lana R. Sizemore, and James R. "Ricky" and Linda J. Sizemore, all of Galax, Va.; sisters, Berlin Bedsaul ,of Galax, Va., Edith Melton, of Salem, Va., and Beulah Delp, of Woodlawn, Va.; six grandchildren; six greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2008, in Vaughan-Guynn Chapel with the Rev. Herman Jay Fields officiating. Burial will follow in Felts Memorial Cemetery.
