Mary graduated from Draper High School, in 1942. On December 7, 1947, she married Kermit King Riggle and they had 53 wonderful years together. Mary retired from Jefferson Mills, in 1987, after working there for 30 years. She was an active member of First United Methodist Church, Pulaski, Va., for over 60 years where she was a member of the Friendly Bible Class and the United Methodist Women. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert and Vernon Haley; and her beloved husband, Kermit Riggle. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Riggle Cain and her husband, Sherman (Sonny), of Pulaski, Brenda Riggle Haymore and her husband, Joe, of Knoxville, Tenn.; two grandsons, Mike Price and his wife, Chrissy, of Draper, Va.; Chris Price, of Christiansburg, Va.; granddaughter, Molly Haymore, of Knoxville, Tenn.; her sister, Lois Haley Coulter, of Aberdeen, Md.; several nieces, nephews, cousins; two stepgranddaughters and four stepgreat-grandchildren. Mary also loved the staff and residents of Pulaski Retirement Community and her special caregivers. A lady that was gracious, reserved in her actions, always placing everyone else's needs in front of her own and she had one of the sweetest smiles that you knew always came from her heart!
