Eunice Gabrielle Pultz

Eunice Gabrielle Pultz, of Roanoke, Va., went home to be with the Lord early Monday morning, October 13, 2008. "Gabrielle" was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Eunice Gagnon; two sons, Roger and Henry Pultz; and a grandson, Jeffrey Pultz. She was a good wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who will be missed by all who knew her. She had many friends at the Hollins Road Baptist Church, where she was a member for more than 50 years, and at the Veterans Administration Adult Day Care Center, where she was a volunteer for more than 15 years. She has gone ahead to await the rest of her family and friends, to join her around God's throne. It is so hard to put 81 years of life into words, so we would just like to say, "Thanks for everything, Mom, we love you," your husband, Clinton Pultz; your daughters, Linda Baker and special friend, Mike Jackson, and Mary Crockett and husband, Russell Clark; your sons, Jerry and John Pultz; your eight grandchildren; and your 13 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Oakey's North Chapel on Peter's Creek Road from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2008. There will be an 11 a.m. graveside service on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens with her Pastor, Mark Washington officiating.
