I am so sorry to learn of Mr. King's passing. I remember him from my childhood days, attending the Pentecostal Holiness Church on 20th Street. He and Mr. Charles Gray always spent time with the younger members of the church. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My prayers will be with your family now and in the coming weeks.
I had the opportunity to meet Peery several years ago at a Lambert Family Reunion. My mother went to school with Peery. (Queenie Lambert) She had him to sing a song about a frog that he would sing when they were in high school. It meant alot to her to get to hear that song again!
