Phyllis M. Williams-Romero

Phyllis M. Williams-Romero, 78, of Roanoke, died on Thursday, October 16, 2008, in Roanoke, where she is survived by her husband, Levy Romero. She is also survived by her sisters, Betty Bierer, of Rochester N.Y., and Marilyn Herold, of Reno, Nev.; her son, Dennis J. Williams, of Noble, Okla.; three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother, Richard T. Martin, of Cincinnati, Ohio. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, October 21, 2008, at the North Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church, Pastors Mike Hewitt and Ron Ihrig will officiate.
