Kathleen (Kathy) McCoy Baldwin, 58, of Troutville, Va., passed away Sunday night, October 19, 2008. She was born December 6, 1949, the daughter of the late Walker and Helen Bragg McCoy. Surviving are her husband, Stephen Baldwin; son, Robert Baldwin, of Green Island, N.Y.; grandson, Kyle Baldwin, of Green Island, N.Y.; brothers, James Walker McCoy and wife, Jeanette, of Tallahassee, Fla., Melvin McCoy and wife, Nancy, of Commerce, Ga., Danny McCoy and wife, Judy, of Pinson Fork, Ky., and Clarence McCoy and wife, Tara, of Pikeville, Ky.; and sister, Anna M. Miller and husband, Jim, of Conyers, Ga. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2008, at Rader Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
