Earl Columbus Shuler, 80, of Saltville, Va., died on Thursday, November 20, 2008. Funeral services 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2008, at the Sugar Grove Baptist Church. Arrangements by Bradley's Funeral Home in Marion, Va.
