Charles is, without a doubt, one of the kindest men I have ever known. I will forever be grateful to him and Eva. I know my dad and mom, John and Lillian, thought the world of Charles! He was a good neighbor and friend to all of us. He will truly be missed, and I feel blessed to have known him. I pray for his family.
