Linda Strader Obituary

Mrs. Linda Mullins Strader, 68, of 4026 S. Church St., Burlington, N.C., died Friday, December 5, 2008 at her home after a sudden illness. Born in Roanoke County, Va., she was the daughter of the late John Shelburn Mullins and Louise Cochran, who survives. She was married to the late Harley M. Strader and also to the late Dean St. Clair. She was retired from Cone Mils and was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Strader is survived by her mother, of Roanoke, Va.; two daughters, Tina St. Clair, of Elon and Kathy Hall, of Walnut Cove, N.C.; four sons, Dennis St. Clair and his wife, Kimberly, of Burlington, Larry St. Clair and his wife, Brenda, of Boone's Mill, Va., Ricky St. Clair and his wife, Deb, and Timothy Strader and his wife, Amy, all of Roanoke, Va.; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nine stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Jean Nichols; and a brother, Joseph Mullins, of Salem, Va. She was preceded in death by two husbands, father, granddaughter, Kasey St. Clair, and a sister, Brenda Mason. The funeral service will be conducted at 6 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2008 at Lowe Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. John Shields. The family will receive friends following the service Friday evening. This is My Grandmother "Granny" I miss you so much! We lost Kasey St. Clair and Linda Strader the same day! Thanks for all the support.. We are take this one day at a time!! I love you Granny and i miss you so very much! I know you are happy now in heaven with paw paw Harley But I still wish I had more time was you in on Earth.. But if i never told you ....Thanks for everything you did for me and Im hard sorry for the problems I cause you but I always loved you .. I thank you for saving my live and for alwayz being there for me! I love you and miss you!!!
