Joe was one of my favorite cousins. He was a person I looked up to in my early years. He brought joy and happiness to my life. My deepest sympathy to Martha, his children and grandchildren. May God bless each of you.

My mom, Myrtle Alexander Rohman (Joe's aunt), still tells me how she and her sister (Alma) would go to Aunt Gertrude's house and take Joe back home with them. They would take him all over the Eulaton community. He was such a big teaser and we enjoyed being around him.
