Mr. Gann,

I was reading the Roanoke times Saturday (1/24/09) and saw where your wife had passed. I was Bonnie Mackenhimer at the time when you were principal at Sontag School I was very saddened to read about the passing of your wife. It is hard to go on without the one you love by your side, but me along with others are praying for you. When things look bad, look up from where our help comes. My husband and I are praying for you. Keep the faith.

In Sympathy,

I will always count Margie Gann as the definition of what a neighbor ought to be. I never saw her without her peaceful smile and glowing personality. Since Heaven is a beautiful place it would only fit that Mrs. Gann would be there. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with the family.
