Fitz was a top VHSL Football Referee when I first started officiating in the early 90's. He taught me a lot and helped me to excel. I enjoyed working games with him while he was still officiating. My thoughts and prayers go out to Fitz's family and friends.

Betty and family,
We are so sorry for your loss. We enjoyed being your neighbors for 30 years, and have missed you since we moved. Fitz was always a very friendly neighbor and good neighbor. Saying hello in the morning, waving in the afternoon. I think of the times he would go out of his way to get us to the phone when emergencies came up and of Him making my boys feel special to be able to watch out for the dogs. We appreciated the fact that he was a helpful and kind neighbor. We are so thankful to have had such good neighbors all those years. We wanted you to know we are praying for you and your family at this time.
