He will always be Uncle Bill Campbell to me, even though I am no longer a member of the family (I was married to his great-nephew Phillip). I loved hearing his stories, he was one of the most interesting human beings I ever met, and one of the sweetest!

Uncle Bill was a special man! As a Great Nephew growing up in Pennsylvania, I looked forward to seeing him every Summer as he came home to see his Mother (Margaret aka "Nan"), Sister ("Betty") and Brother (Dave). Listening to him tell stories about making it through the "Great Depression" as we played "Penny Anty" poker are memories I will always hold dear. I pray and have faith that he is with his loved ones now.

Cathy & husband and family,
My condolences on the death of your father at this time. Your father
was my supporter for employment with the US Forest Service. I considered Bill and Olie as my personal friends. They accepted me and my family into their house, with open arms. My sympathy again on the death of your father.

We loved talking with Bill every Sunday morning before the 9 am service at Greene Memorial. He was there faithfully to help open up and prepare the church for worship. He loved to tell us jokes, update us on his bridge game, and also to share the latest news from his family. We will miss him greatly. With love, Larry & Donna Musselwhite

You gave me my first job with the Forest Service. You bought me my first pair of steel-toed boots. We worked hard and we shared many good times. We referred to you as "the great white father", because for as long as we knew you, your hair was white. May you enter into the rest you deserve with loved ones that have gone before.
