Maria,

Please accept our deepest sympathy; we were shocked when my sister, Angela, gave us the terrible news of precious Tyler. Hold tight to memories for comfort, lean on your friends for strength, and always remember how much you are cared about.

We pray the love of God enfolds you during your difficult times.

Big Mama,
I can only imagine the pain you are feeling and still remaining so strong. You are an inspiration to me. You have brung me in your family and made me feel a part of and I will always love you for that. Thank you for allowing me the time with Tyler and to bond with him like my own. There is nothing that I wouldn't do for you. But i know that God already has you taken care of. I am blessed for God to have put you in my life. I love you and Bootie with all my heart. Stay strong and know that he is up there with all the family and God giving them hell (ha ha) riding on his heelies lookin at the girls.
Love Always,

I will always keep you close to my heart and in my mind. I grew to love you like my own son. I will miss hearing "I ain't scared of that Red Head". I know you are in heaven riding your heelies all over heaven and giving them others angels a time. You are in god's care now and i will see you again one day with arms wide open. I love you Tyler and Michael and Olivia are going to miss you to.

Maria,

Thank you for allowing me to spend time with Tyler. There were days when I was so sad that I would come over and just sit and watch that ball of energy bounce off the walls, and laugh and laugh at the things that came out of his mouth.

The last time he was over my house we had another Tyler moment, and I thank God for that moment. I thank God that I was able to be with him.

The pain that I feel inside is so small, I am sure compared to yours and I am here for you. I know that this has got to be the hardest thing you walk through, but with God you will make it through, to be there for other mothers that will unfortunately lose their child.

Just like you are there for so many children that does not have a stable home, because you know what that is like and you open your home to them and give the love that they need so badly.

You are a remarkable woman, no one truly understands the depth of the blessings that come through you to others. Your impact is so far reaching and Tyler was becoming a wonderful young man due to the fact that you gave him consistent love and a stable home.

Take care and pick up that phone no matter if it is in the middle of the night, okay? Love you girl!

I got down on my knees when I heard the news for it broke my heart but I also hurt for those affected by this loss. Whether we just saw each other yesterday or years ago there will always be a connection and I know that pain. My heart goes out to Maria and Rhonda; I'm praying that God will ease these broken hearts and give assurance. Tyler was loved and cared for by many and now he is in God's arms and that's the most wonderful place to rest. I pray that everyone also finds comfort in HIM.

Rhonda,
Our precious child full of life and love
is now an angel and dwells in heaven above
Remember when he turned on that Tyler charm
our brains would immediately set off an alarm
we knew he was up to some sort of a Tyler scheme
He would say, "I didn't do it" "I promise"'maybe ya'll saw me in a dream"
We would get on him and then when he walked away
We could do nothing but laugh at his child's play
now he's up in heaven, with that little smirk
All I know is the other angels better be on alert!!!!

Thank you for giving me the chance to share in your joy. I have been so blessed by it. I hope that you find comfort in knowing that he loved you with all of his heart!!! I love you and please call me when you are ready. I'll wait. We love you, Tyler and behave!!!!!

Dear Marie,
This is a poem I was recently given and I wanted to share it with you.

What if the brilliant, twinkling stars
that bring the dark night sky to life are windows looking out of heaven?

And at the very moment when we are wishing on those stars, hoping thay the loved ones we have lost are happy, safe, and free....

Maybe they are looking at those same stars from the other side, making the same wish for us...
Sending us all their love.

The service at the Rescue Mission chapel was very special.
Sincerely,

Tonia Cooper

Maria, I so sorry for your loss. If there's anything I can do please let me know. Here is a poem I wrote for you.
Life He gives and takes away,
Those who belong to Him will be reunited one day,
You must grieve in your own special way.
Just know there are many standing nearby,
To listen, to just be there,
These things happen we dont know why.
We are all here ready to help , we care.
May God grant you comfort, peace, and healing,
Take care its okay to feel whatever you are feeling.
God Bless

There are no words to express that will take the pain away of those who lost a son, a brother, and a friend. The loss of anyone is painful but there is a deeper sorrow for the loss of a child with such a vibrant spirit. May GOD give you comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding. Remember none of us are promised tomorrow so take heed in loving, laughing and forgiving today. Love you Maria and family!

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Very few words can express the sympathy I have for the family of such vibrant boy that left this earth before his time. The only thing that will mend the broken hearts and the emptiness that is felt is...time. I will be praying for the family and friends, which are many, for comfort and peace. May GOD hold you in his arms and give you peace that surpasses all understanding. I pray that the love and support that the family is receiving right now continues. To all Love, laugh and forgive today because that is all we have as we are not promised tomorrow. Let's celebrate the life of Tyler and the impact that he had on all that crossed his path. In loving memory of Tyler
