Jazmine Madison Blanks, eight month old child, passed away Tuesday, February 17, 2009. She is the daughter of Corey Blanks and Brandi Doss, of Rocky Mount. Also surviving is a sister, Layla Blanks; brother, Andre Blanks; paternal grandparents, the Rev. Craig and Evone Alston, of Anchorage, Alaska; maternal grandparents, Terry and Sandra Doss, of Rocky Mount; greatgrandparents, Charles and Barbara Beard, of Roanoke; grandparent, Betsy Brady, of Roanoke; uncles, Steven Lavallee, of Roanoke, and Taman Blanks and wife, Toni, of Anchorage, Alaska; aunts, Le'Tia Doucet and husband, Marcellous, of Newport News, Va., Treva Doss and Donnie Davis, of Ferrum, Va., Brittany Doss, of Roanoke, and Jessie Bush, of Franklin County, Va.; and a host of nieces, and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, February 21, 2009, at Franklin Memorial Park. Arrangements by Lotz Funeral Home, Vinton Chapel.
