Goldie Bolden Obituary

Goldie Lawson Bolden, 86, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2009, at her home in Radford. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and retired clerk from the Radford Medicine Shoppe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bolden. Survivors include two sons, Robert D. Bolden, of Yorktown, and Randy D. Bolden, of Gainesville; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 28, 2009 at 2 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Radford with the Rev. O. D. Morgan and Brian Cockram officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
