Rita Kytchen Obituary

Rita Ann Kytchen, 68, of Blacksburg, Va., passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Rita was born on March 11, 1940 to the late Sidney and Helen Woolwine. She is also predeceased by her son, Eric Hudgins and granddaughter, Destiny Lynn. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-law, Patricia and Mark Mullins, Sharon Kytchen; son, Johnny Hudgins; her grandchildren, Megan, Jonathan, and Joshua; brothers, Dennis and JoAnn Woolwine, Randolph and Marie Woolwine, Jay and Peggy Woolwine, and Mark and Clara Woolwine. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2009, at The Horne Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jerry Sloss officiating. Interment will follow at the Linkous Family Cemetery, Blacksburg. The family wishes to express a special thanks to the staff of Heritage Hall Health Nursing Center for their loving care and kindness shown. The Kytchen family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg.

I am sorry for your loss. I worked at Ramada with Rita for several years. She was such a pleasant lady to be around. She always kept us laughing. God has a special angel at home with him now. May he hold you close and guide you through your grief. GOD BLESS>
