Don and I (Angela Stephenson Shields) went to school with David at William Fleming (class of 1960) and remember him with fondness. We were so sorry to read in the paper that he had died so young. Our sympathy goes to all your family. It sounds like he turned out to have a wonderful, full life.
Our love,

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.
I went to William Fleming with Fish and he was such a very nice and pleasant person. Even though we all went separate ways and other cities, it is nice to recall those that we were friends with.
May God comfort you at this time.
Deepest sympathy,
