I've known Terry and his father my entire life.... I grew up watching them be a team, tackling the hard work that was required to keep the farm up and running. Rain, snow, or heat, Terry took on the task with ease. He was a friendly, caring person who will be missed by all who knew him. He worked hard and lived well, always taking time for a cheerful "hello" or a wave. I wish his family peace during this difficult time, and think of his dear father, Ray, who not only lost his son, but lost his best friend. My heart goes out to you the most...

Dear Ray, Frances, Denise and all of Terry's Family,

Jim and I were both deeply shocked and saddened when we came home today and learned that Terry had passed away while we were out of town this past week. Please accept our belated condolences during this most tragic and difficult time.
We watched Terry grow over the last 30 years into the kind, friendly, gentle man that we saw almost daily working side by side with his dad on the farm and talking often of his family. He was a blessing to his family and truly was a man that was "Cheerful in all weathers. Never shirked a task. Splendid behavior."
He will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to have him touch their lives while he was here. God Bless and keep you all.

Love,
Jim and 'Too'

My Brother Terry was a wonderful man who loved his wife, family and friends dearly. Terry always looked out for others and would do anything for anyone. He would rather do for others than himself. He loved the outdoors and all Gods beauty. He loved farming and raising Simmental Cattle and spending time with all his cattlemen friends. I'm so very thankful that God Blessed me with a wonderful Brother. I know Terry is in heaven and saying "Nicie everything will be ok". My Brother you'll live forever in my heart, rest now and I'll see you in heaven.

I've known Terry since I was a child. He was friends with my parents Steve and Debbie Tickle. Then he became a part of our racing family when we were racing at new river. I haven't seen him in years but I won't forget how he was always laughing and making us smile. He was a wonderful person and I'm sorry for your lost. I know he is heaven looking down on us.....you will find comfort in that one day. I pray for all those he left behind.

Dear Sue, Granny Irene, Granny Nellie, Frances, Ray, Denise & Families,

Words are of little help and can never take away the pain you are feeling, but we trust that these words of comfort will let you know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Doug and I extend our deepest sympathy to all of you in the great and sudden loss of Terry. We can't begin to imagine the depth of your pain. There's nothing that we can say to ease the pain you and your families are feeling. Words are useless, and our sorrow is so great.

There can never be enough truly good people on this earth, especially one like Terry, and to lose one like him hurts all of us who were fortunate enough to know him. He is now gone and taken away from you, but the one thing that cannot be taken from you is the wonderful memories you have of him and your time spent together. Keep those memories in your heart and mind and he will live on with you forever. Always remember, the ones we love are never gone, they live within our hearts. There's nothing we have said that can ease your pain, we just wanted you to know our hearts are aching for you and we sincerely hope your grieving is brief.

May God grant you peace and comfort and wrap His arms around you and your families giving you the strength you need to travel this heavily burdened road during this difficult time and the day's ahead. You and your family are in our hearts, thoughts and prayers. Trust in the Lord and lean on Him in this time of need, only He can ease the pain you are feeling. If you need anything or if there is anything we can do for any of you, please do not hesitate to let us know. May God bless each of you.

With much love and sympathy,

Kathy Groseclose

We are very sorry for your loss. He was a very nice man. He would always talk to my 4 year old daughter if we were out in the yard as he drove by while farming.
She called him 'Mr. Hamburger' because she couldn't say Umbarger.
We will miss him.
