Charlotte was a person who left an indelible impression of her sincerety, determination and many talents. It was a joy to work with her in the Athens Woman's Club in Athens, WVa. She was loved and respected. My sympathy to her family.

There is so much to be said about Charlotte and the impacty that she had on so many people. She was a true lady of grace in all senses of the word. I know she will be missed but I rejoice that she's not suffering anymore.

Charlotte has been a central part of our Glade Church family. We will miss her so very much. Peace to Ted, Becky, John, Dee, and their families.
