Rudolph and I worked together in the Electrical Engineering Department at Va Tech. He was so kind and very talented. Several times a week during the summer, he, Fred Bowers and I would take turns, driving to the Dairy Science building to pick up fresh ice cream. Rudolph made my day when he insisted I drive his brand new, first year made Mustang for the ice cream run. He lived a long life, and always looked out for his fellow man/woman. I was honored to know him and work with him.

Our thoughts and prayer go out to Wendell and Marie, and to all the family and loved ones at this time of loss. As we stand on this earthly shore and watch his ship sail out of sight, sadly saying "There he goes", on Heaven's shore a band of angels are shouting "Here he comes!" Someday we shall all be together on the shores of forever and the rejoicing will be for all time.

May the Hensley family find strength and comfort upon the passing of their loved one: morn his passing but celebrate his life.
