I will miss Mr. Phillips at the bank. His stories were always told with such gusto. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.

I will truly miss Bill's tales (tall and true) always told with much gusto. His dear wife, Juanita, is my closest friend; I know she will miss him dearly, but I hope to be among the many friends who will shelter her and keep her warm in the days to come.

As a former member of the Appomattox Town Council, Bill was our attorney but he was more than that. He was truly a friend and a man of wisdom. He will be missed and my deepest sympathy to his family. God bless each of you.

Bill was truly a man of tradition in regards to his family. I sat with him on the Hidden Valley Football bleachers watching Brian play football, and David and Daniel perform in the marching band. He also attended Hollins dance recitals and plays. My family had the wonderful opportunity to vacation with Bill, Juanita and the Vieth family at Sunset Beach. We will miss his presence at these events, but we know he is in a better place.
Much Love,
The Cooper Family
