Dear Hale Family,
I am so saddened to hear of your loss. Mom just told me this afternoon. I haven't seen you in years, but I treasure your friendship with my parents. My father spoke of Mr. Hale frequently with great fondness and humor. This earth is missing two wonderful men, but Heaven is enjoying their presence.
