I will forever remember Goldie as one of the "always there" mom-s.
Walking home from school it seemed she would always be aware of the kids as she gave them a loving, watchful eye from her flower beds.
The community has lost a fine lady.
My love and thoughts are with you all.

Sincere sympathy to the family. My mom was a cousin of Goldie's on the Hatcher side. I remember visiting there when Aunt Julia Hatcher was there visiting. I will always remember her at the volley ball games cheering on the Grandchildren.

I will miss her holding my hands and NEVER letting go. I will miss her hugs and kisses. I will miss her smile. But I praise God that she's left a part of herself with each one of you. I see her through you all. You are in our prayers and we love you all.
