Dad's spirit, humor, and larger than life personality will be cherished always and greatly missed.

I would like to give my condolences to the Halsey family. I will always think of Robert as a friendly, kind and generous man. It is truly an honor to have had his love, guidance and wisdom in my life. I will always do my best in passing on those wonderful traits to my son, his grandson and namesake Halsey Hill. Please allow me the opportunity to help out with anything you may need.

May God Bless you and keep you strong.

Uncle Bob as will always be known to us many of his neices and nephews. Uncle Bob always had a smile on his face and shared many of his experiences with us and taught us about life and was always a person that you could go to and expect nothing but the best from him. Uncle Bob was a very unique and intriging person it was always a pleasure to see and chat with him (and maybe tell a tall tell or two). He will be greatly missed by all that had the distinct pleasure on knowing him. Margaret and Robbie, Uncle Bob was such a very special person and I know he will be missed. Love, Benny
