Hazel Scheuer Obituary

Hazel Mae Scheuer passed away on June 23, 2009, in Roanoke, Va. She was born in Mattawaumkeag, Maine, on October 19, 1914. Hazel lived in Eastlake, Ohio, for most of her life, with her beloved husband, Clyde Sr. They were blessed with 53 years together before he passed away in 1994. For the remainder of her life, Hazel lived in Roanoke, near her son, Clyde Jr., his wife, Margie, and her grandchildren, Scott and Amy, residing at Brandon Oaks, where she was surrounded by new friends and a caring community. Hazel is also survived by her dear sister, Ethel Wick, of Aurora, Ohio. Following a graveside service at Western Reserve Memorial Gardens in Chesterland, Ohio, 1 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2009, refreshments and fond memories of Hazel will be shared with friends and family at Monreal Funeral Home in Eastlake, Ohio.
