Since moving into the Bluegrass over 2 years ago now, Mike has been a blessing to all of us here. Always a funny word or story. Always a smile on his face. He was an inspiration to some residents that have faced the same battles that he faced and overcame. He will be remembered with much love, respect and admiration. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family as we all share this tremendous loss.

Dear Mike,
You had a bumpy life....but you were much loved. When I was a child you gave me a rides in your late 60's model Mustang. To me and all your first cousins, you were as cool as Fonzie. When we would arrive at grandma's house for family gatherings, our first question was always, "Where's Mike?" My heart breaks with the news of your death; however, I know you're up in heaven with our family and that brings me comfort. Don't torment your uncle Bill too much. I will miss you!
Your cousin, Bruce.
