Patricia Wilcher Obituary

Patricia Kay Moody Wilcher, 63, formerly of Natural Bridge Station, Va., died on Monday, September 21, 2009, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Born on October 17, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Moody and Alise Rice Moody. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Steve Wilcher. Patricia is survived by her daughter, Melissa K. Wilcher and fiance, Brian Nemeth, of Lynchburg; two sisters, Brenda Berry, of Natural Bridge Station, and Sue Moody, of Harrisonburg; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved grand cats. Memorial services will be held at a later date. The family suggests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Feral Cat Rescue, P.O. Box 5013, Roanoke, Va. 24012. Arrangements by Bolling, Grose and Lotts Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Buena Vista, Va.

I was one of the nurses that had the privelege of taking care of Ms. Wilcher; I looked forward to seeing her sweet smile- she was an angel and will be greatly missed. I am truly sorry for your loss

kay was a lifelong neighbor and friend to me, my mother and my grandparents, who i know welcomed her to heaven with open arms. she will be missed...hollowell will never be the same without her. love to melissa and the family.
