Delia Fralin

Delia (Granny) Fralin, 92, of Roanoke, Va., went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 23, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fralin, son, Gary Fralin, grandson, Dennis Daniel, son-in-law, Dan Conner, and daughter-in-law, Patricia Fralin. Surviving are her children, Harold Fralin, of Roanoke, William Douglas "Bill" Fralin and wife, Pat, of Montvale, Donnie Fralin and wife, Connie, of Roanoke, Judy Ching, Linda Green and husband, Barry, Vicky Conner, and Ricky Fralin, all of Vinton, Sandy Smith and Buddy Hall, of Boones Mill; 24 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 12 noon Friday, September 25, 2009, at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road, by the Rev. T.G. Ayers. Interment will follow in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707.
