Sally Ann Sink

Sally Ann Sink of Rocky Mount, Va., lost her battle with cancer on September 22, 2009. She passed peacefully at home with family by her side. She was born to the late Grover and Alice Hall, October 17, 1935, in Rocky Mount. Her brothers, Brady, Eunice and Gerald Hall, sister-in-law, Lois Hall, and a niece, Margie Gann predeceased her. Sally was an active member of Rehoboth United Methodist Church of Wirtz and a recent employee of Blue Ridge Antique Center. She was survived by her son, Randy Sink; daughter-in-law, Kathryn Sink; and four grandchildren, Tyler Sink, of Purcellville, Virginia, Drew Sink, of Roanoke, Chase Sink, of Centreville and Jesse LeFranc, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; sisters-in-law, Polly and Judy Hall; brothers, Sydney and his wife, Betsy Hall, and Alvin and his wife, Virginia Hall. She is also survived by six nephews and nieces. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Rehoboth United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be conducted from Rehoboth United Methodist Church, 2 p.m. Saturday, September 26, 2009, with Pastor Bob Weinhold officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
