Jodye Matchett Obituary

Jodye Lynn Matchett, 53, of Roanoke, Va., passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2009. She is survived by her parents, Jack and Eva Gordon; her husband, Eddie Matchett; her children, Danny and Kevin Blevins; her brother, J.L. Gordon; and her sister, April Bennett. Memorial service will be Saturday, October 24, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Lotz Salem Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Terry W. Elkins officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4 p.m. at the funeral home following the service.

Oct.23,2009 I was sad to here of the death of Jodye. She was young . I am praying for you all. I went to church with her at the House Of Judah and Christian Life International Church. It has been a while since i had last seen jodye its so sad to know that i will never see her in again at least in this time the last time i seen her was so funny i dont think i should say what she did cause she would kill me but i will miss her iv known jodye just about all my life and what always stood out about her to me was her smile. Always in my thoughts u will be missed by many love you jodye bye for now
